		<description>&lt;b&gt;Service!?!?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;When I start my computer, the Service Host (svchost.exe) runs at full CPU, and when I stop the process that does that, Windows starts to revert to the &quot;windows Classic&quot; themes. I also booted into safe mode and scanned for viruses (via AVG free edition, latest), but no results. how do I fix this, and if you tell me to use system restore, I am going to give you a low rating, because if Microsoft Windows is all so great, why won&#039;t it fix it? I also have scanned with Windows Defender, but it told me to remove TightVNC (Which I knew wasn&#039;t the problem since I had the svchost problem before I installed it. I need the service to run for my XBOX360 (I use ICS), and I would want it fixed anyway.
